An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Art Teacher to join an Outstanding School in Redbridge from January 2018.
This large mixed comprehensive school based in the heart of Redbridge is looking to recruit an experienced or newly qualified Art Teacher from January. This outstanding school is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Art Teacher who is ambitious and have a real passion for their subject. You will be required to teach Art and Photography from Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 5. You have the opportunity to join a large team, with varying levels of experience and specialisms. The Art department work very closely together to ensure that the children are put first, and that lessons are targeted to meet all students needs. Art is a very popular subject at KS4 and KS5 with many students taking Photography at KS5 as well. The team are looking for a dynamic Art Teacher to join their team from January on a permanent basis.
You will be required to:
– Teach Art to KS3, KS4 and KS5
– Teach Photography to KS4 and KS5
– Contribute to the development of existing resources and produce new ones
– Ensure outstanding attainment and progress across all key stages
– Ensure to are responding to the needs of the pupils by showing flexibility, innovation and intelligence
