We are currently supporting a hard working School in Ealing who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant with previous SEND experience.
The successful candidate will be empathetic to and experienced working with students on the Autism Spectrum. Exposure to understanding difficult behaviours and managing the effects of Autism in children will also be considered. With the use of visual and sensory aids you will be responsible for the learning and educational development of a young boy in Reception class who has had a recent diagnosis of Autism. He is a bright boy with a wonderful character that needs a patient and supportive person to guide him through his school day. This is a full time, long term role commencing in September 2018. Interviews and trial days will be conducted as soon as possible.
